Return Policy

Returns will be processed in the order they are received and may take longer to handle than order processing. To qualify for a refund, all returns must be received by the Seller within 30 days of the original purchase—NO EXCEPTIONS. Returns submitted after 30 days from the original purchase date may be exchanged or given in-store credit. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, in-store credit will incur return fees if the unit is found to be free of defects, as determined solely by the Seller. NO replacements will be issued until the returned item has been received.
Returns must be in their original condition. Electrical components are tested before purchase, and all returned units will be inspected for burnt components, physical damage, and water damage. The Seller reserves the right to require the Buyer to return any allegedly faulty or defective unit at the Buyer’s expense for testing prior to any replacement.
Unauthorized returns will not be processed and will be held for no longer than 45 days after receipt. After 45 days, if an unauthorized return is not claimed, the Seller reserves the right to keep possession of the unclaimed or unauthorized return.

Fees:

Returns that are determined to be non-faulty will incur a 20% restocking fee. Items that have been programmed and are returned will incur an additional non-refundable programming fee of $85. If the Buyer returned keys, an additional non-refundable fee of $90 will also apply. All items are OEM/Refurbished, and the Seller will NOT reimburse any fees incurred by the Buyer in connection with a potentially faulty or defective unit(s), including but not limited to diagnostic fees, rental car fees, storage fees, dealership fees, third-party reprogramming fees, and others.
