Buying or exchanging ECM/PCM:
Step 1 Place Your Order, then we will reach out to you for the VIN number and any additional information needed.
Step 2 We will fully program and test your new computer to ensure it is in perfect working condition. Once complete, it will be shipped directly to your door.
Step 3 Included in the package will be a self-addressed return envelope. Simply place your old computer inside and send it back. Your warranty will be activated upon its arrival.

Warranty Information
We offer a **LIFETIME WARRANTY** on all repair services. This warranty covers the replacement of the part only. If any issues arise, please notify us before altering or installing the item. Items that are altered, abused, or improperly installed will void the warranty and cannot be returned. The warranty is not transferable and does not cover shipping, labor, towing, rentals, storage, legal fees, lost wages, or any incidental charges.
Test Fee
Not all electronic components can be repaired. If your part is found to be in good working condition, there will be a test fee of $89.99 charged to you, the customer (return shipping is included in this fee). Any remaining balance from the original charge will be refunded. If your part is deemed irreparable, a handling fee of $35 will apply.
International Buyers
Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine additional costs before making a purchase.

Purchasing a remanufactured unit from a dealership or an unknown online seller can often cost significantly more than our repair services, especially when you factor in programming to your vehicle.
Our process involves disassembling, testing, and repairing your parts, followed by sealing and cleaning for a professional appearance. Each unit undergoes a thorough visual inspection, and we use a vehicle simulator to test all necessary functions, ensuring the computer is in proper working order upon return. Most parts can also be updated with the latest software available from the manufacturer.
