The warranty does not cover any labor related to the installation or removal of parts, nor does it include key or locksmith fees. The Buyer will not be reimbursed for any such expenses—NO EXCEPTIONS. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the Seller’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the item sold, and the Seller is not responsible for any damage or injury arising from any item(s) sold by any entity operated by Car ECM Repair, LLC. The Buyer hereby relinquishes any liability from the Seller for such claims now and in the future.
The lifetime warranty will be voided if an item is returned showing any signs of:

• Burnt components
• Physical and/or water damage
• Misuse and/or abuse
• Modifications, openings, tampering, or use for any unintended purposes
• Involvement of the vehicle in a collision
• Removal, breakage, or damage to the security seal

The Buyer must activate the warranty within 20 days of receipt for it to be valid. After one claim has been made, the warranty will be considered exhausted.

The Buyer understands, acknowledges, agrees to, and accepts all terms outlined herein upon purchasing, and these terms will govern the transaction.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, in-store credit will incur return fees if the unit is found to be free of defects, as determined solely by the Seller. NO replacements will be issued until the returned item has been received.
